Booking Timeline
To lock in the best experiences and accommodations, we recommend booking as early as possible. Trips must be booked at least 3 weeks before departure.
Please note: The trip price does not include your international flight, visa, travel insurance, transaction fees, or any personal expenses not listed above. While we’re here to support you throughout your journey, the Dreamy Trips team is unable to assist with flight bookings at this time.

Of course. Many private packages are booked for birthdays, bachelorettes, anniversaries, friend reunions, and milestone celebrations. We can help arrange to the best of our ability.

Yes. We can coordinate all transportation throughout your trip, including airport transfers, private drivers and other logistics depending on the destination. Extra costs will apply for any transport requests not included on the itinerary.

Yes, we require all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance before their trip. Travel insurance can help protect you against unexpected situations such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, travel delays, and other unforeseen events.
While Dreamy Trips carefully plans and coordinates every aspect of your experience, we are unable to cover costs associated with circumstances outside of our control. Having travel insurance gives you added peace of mind and helps ensure you're protected throughout your journey. We are happy to assist with this.
